1. Import and export pipelines and centrifugal pump impellers are partly blocked and scale deposits in the pump body. Check the pipe and pump chamber to clear the blockage and readjust the valve size.

2, the voltage is low. Centrifugal pump inadequate solution: stable voltage.

3, the motor is running in the wrong direction, the motor lacks a phase rotation speed is very slow. Replacing the wiring of the motor Adjust the motor's direction of rotation and check that the power supply cable is fastened to the motor wiring.

4, centrifugal pump inlet pipe leak, resulting in the centrifugal pump has been in the state of air intake. Check the leakage point of the inlet pipe to repair the air leakage hole, tighten the sealing surfaces, and remove the air.

5. The centrifugal pump is not filled with liquid and there is air in the pump chamber. Unscrew the upper cover of the centrifugal pump or open the exhaust valve to discharge air.

6, the centrifugal pump inlet pipe water supply flow less than the required flow of the centrifugal pump, or the suction process is too high, the centrifugal pump inlet pipe bottom valve is not leaking. Stop the pump check (the phenomenon is likely to occur when the pipe network water pipe and suction lift are used), adjust and shorten the suction lift distance, or replace the self-priming pump.

7, pump outlet pipe resistance is too large, improper pump selection or the selected pump head can not reach. Reduce the number of bends in the pipeline.
