Ion-type rare earth ore leaching process

The leaching process adopts ammonium sulfate infiltration-carbon ammonium precipitation, and can treat low-grade ionic rare earth ore, which is characterized by overcoming the disadvantages of low efficiency and high cost of ammonium sulfate infiltration-oxalic acid precipitation process.

It improves the chemical system, controls the selective leaching conditions and the form of ammonium carbonate precipitation, so that the total recovery rate of rare earth is increased by 5% compared with the original process, reaching about 80%.

As a result of high concentrations of ammonium sulfate percolation, low concentrations of ammonium sulfate leaching dosing system, and the use of ammonium oxalate was used instead of oxalic acid precipitated rare earths, so that leachate containing low-lead, lead does not have to individually purify addition, to obtain a good filter performance Crystalline rare earth precipitation solves the problems in the ammonium bicarbonate precipitation process.

The process is simple, the operation is convenient, the toxicity of oxalic acid is avoided, and the production facility of the original oxalic acid process can be utilized, which is beneficial to the technical transformation of the original process, low cost and remarkable economic benefit.

Its main technical indicators are: (original ore grade 0.0839%) total ferrochemical yield of 76.3%, production cost of chemicals 2.22 yuan / ton, rare earth quality > 92%.
