Jinshui Water: Exploring the PPP model of urban black and odorless water body management. Nanjing Surabaya Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., a newly-listed company in Xinsanban, is mainly engaged in urban water body management. It has six key technologies, such as micro-nanometer bubble gas-liquid dispersion, and has implemented 12 water body treatment projects in the Yangtze River Delta region. Among them, the Ningbo Inland River Remediation Project is a typical case for the local government to implement the PPP model for environmental governance. The project is the first in the country to apply the government's purchase of water conservation to explore the governance of urban black-and-odor water bodies. A third-party inspection company was introduced to collect water samples regularly for monitoring to assess the performance of governance. This project is of great significance to the business expansion of small and medium-sized environmental protection companies.
